The Technical University has two excellent study facilities in Faculty V in the Institute of Land and Maritime Engineering with the fields of railroad operation and infrastructure and rail vehicles with a direct link to the fields of rail vehicle construction and transportation. In addition, there are other thematically related subject areas such as traffic planning and traffic telematics as well as drive and engine technology. Due to the increasing demand for environmentally friendly rail systems and their expansion, skilled workers are needed in all areas of the rail industry. We have therefore decided to hold regular jobwunderRAIL career days at TU Berlin from 2025 to give students the opportunity to find out about career prospects in various fields of work.

The jobwunderRAIL Career Day will be held in the immediate vicinity of the research and teaching rooms of the Department of Railway Operation and Infrastructure at a central location on the main campus of TU Berlin. There, companies, authorities, scientific institutions and start-ups in the industry have the opportunity to enter into an informative exchange with students and graduates of relevant subject areas at TU Berlin about attractive career opportunities and concrete job prospects. The jobwunderRAIL career day is rounded off with career advice and informative specialist presentations.
